I downloaded the results – WOW!

You did amazingly. Really strong on the run and on the bike.

I was wrapped up in a T-shirt, jumper, jacket combo and my hands were freezing. Full credit to you for being able to do any tying of shoelaces in conditions like those. Elastic laces -they must be the future

Awsome running . . . top 5% . . now you know how DB feels at BPTT! You do need a larger gear on the bike to unleash more speed though. Well done on your first tri.
