Slippery slope to what though, H? The new RFL? Please no, I have already “lost” David for his Bala entry is posted. I am thoroughly enjoying a rest now, as ordered by my Ladies Captain on Tues night after my recovery run…perhaps a swim tomorrow night instead of a run. Cripes, I’ll be cycling next ;)
