Awesome swimbling, cycling and running from Mr F and awesome piratey supporting from Mrs F. It’s great how the sun always shines in Wales isn’t it? Excellent reportage from both Funkins and Hollywood was right – it’s taken me this long to read it all!

Congrats once more on finishing – and on finishing at such a speed (I was crawling along by the time I got to the last mile!)

Shame about the mechanical issues on the bike – those hills were bad enough without extra resistance….

But superb swim and (more than anything else) superb pirating from Sha/MrsF – really getting into the pirate spirit – including letting the car go off by itself – very piratey.

Also such a shame you’re not doing ironman – you both showed such promise….

P.S. Can’t believe you’ve written all this and no-one else has commented yet – I guess they’re all still just reading through it :-)
