Hi Dave, thanks for the kind words. We had a lovely time at the parkrun. Thanks for being so welcoming.

As for Paris, you won’t see me there, but I am entered and training for my first Grizzly in March. Should be fun (apparently!). Have a great time down under.

Hi David – its me the “100″ fraudster – well, not my fault if they sent the wrong jackets !!
Very nice write up and great to see you here.
We may be small but – ah well, you know what they say …..
This is my old home territory but I am much better known in Devon for being a founding member of the AVR Grizzly race and was course designer of that for years.
I think parkrun is a great idea and gives me a reason for sticking with running – though any day now i am about to make a serious comeback.
See you at next years Paris marathon ?
